Do you have any tips for burning candels
A:
*Never burn a candle unattended
*Never burn a candle unattended near children or pets
*ALWAYS burn candles on a heat resistant surface
*Keep candles within a foot circumference of flammable objects
In jar candles you should burn them 1 hour for every inch of the width of the jar. If the jar is three inches across, you should burn the candle no less than three hours. This allows all the wax across to melt increasing the life of your candle. Power burning - burning candles for 4 or more hours - is not recommended for our, or any other manufacturers, candles. This practice can produce extreme amounts of heat that can become very dangerous.

Q: Soot
Do your candles produce soot?
A:
No matter what you have read elsewhere, all candles produce soot. The soot that is a concern of many customers is black soot made by the burning of the wax, which is an oily residue. Soy and Vegetable waxes do not produce this type of soot. If you experience a small amount of black on your jar, it may be from the wick needing trimmed. Some fragrances also give off a small amount of smoke but, not the damaging soot that builds up on walls. Soot can also be caused by placing the burning candle in a drafty area. If air circulation causes the flame to flicker the wick will produce soot. This can be eliminated by burning the candle in an area where the air is still or using a shade that blocks the air flow from disturbing the flame

Do you offer any guarantees?

Enchanting Scents Designs guarantees that all products will perform according to instructions. If a product should arrive damaged or does not perform according to instructions, contact your independent distributor immediately, but no later than 15 days from date of delivery. S/he will have the company Owner contact you personally. At that time we will assist you with arrangements for the product to be returned.
If your item was damaged during shipping, contact the delivery company and ESD immediately. We will then contact the shipping company (UPS or USPS) and make arrangements for a replacement. If the shipping company refuses reimbursement, you must contact them for further action. No item is shipped broken from our facility. All broken items are the sole responsibility of the shipping company. Insurance from the shipping company is included on all orders. Your shipping company must agree to liability for broken or damaged items before they can be replaced.
Items which are not damaged or broken but do not perform to normal expectations will be replaced immediately if the user followed the burning instructions on this site. ESD cannot be liable for performance failures of items which were not used in accordance with the instructions provided on this website and on the product packaging.
ANY MISUSE OR IMPROPER CARE CONTRARY TO THE USE OR CARE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID THIS GUARANTEE.
All returns must follow the procedure listed above and have the permission of the home office before an exchange will be administered.

How long will it take to get my order?
A:
The total shipping time is 2-3 weeks. Most of our candles are handmade at the time your order is placed so that you receive the best scented candles.
Candles must set before shipping so most candle orders will ship out in 2-5 business days.
There are occasions it may take a few extra days such as orders placed during the holiday season and extremely large orders .
We generally ship USPS. We ship all these orders with tracking. APO orders may take longer to arrive. Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada will have additional shipping charges which the shopping cart will indicate. We do not charge a handling fee.

Q: Candles Waxes
What is the Blend of Waxes used?
A:
We use high grade soy bean wax mixed with palm and other vegetable waxes in our soy candles. The soy allows the candles to have a clean burn and the palm wax allows the strong scent throw you get with our candles.
Our gel candles are made from 100% high density mineral oil based gel wax. This wax is long burning and has an excellent scent throw. Because it is high density gel wax, it is solid, easy to handle and beautifully clear. It can also be easily cleaned of any dust or dirt that accumulates on it by using a baby wipe or similar dampened cloth.
Our paraffin candles are produced from the highest quality paraffin wax available. Paraffin allows for higher scent concentrations and a smoother, creamier surface than soy blend waxes. It is not brittle and doesn't crack when used normally. Paraffin allows for decorative designer candles that simply are not possible in soy wax blends.
