Our Angels Discount Club is our way of saying thanks to those of you who shop with Sweet Heavenly Aromas regularly! If you order from us at least once a month, then the Angels Discount Club can give you 10% discount on your future orders - best of all it is free to join!!
How do I become eligible to join?
Easy! If you`ve made a minimum of three purchases from us already then you can join right away and receive a discount on your next order!
How does it work?
Simply email us! Once we have received your email we will check your details against our customer records to confirm you have ordered from us at least three times. If you haven`t made the minimum number of purchases, you will need to re-apply after your third order. Please make sure you let us know if you have changed your name (i.e. got married!) or address during your purchase history with us.
Once we have confirmed your past purchases, you will receive an email with your voucher code which is valid on orders placed until the end of the next calendar month. Simply enter this into the shopping cart and the discount will be automatically applied!
When do I get a new discount voucher?
You will receive a new voucher code each time you order that will be valid from the date of your current order until the end of the next calendar month, so as long as you are ordering every month, you will always have a valid voucher and will always be able to claim your discount!!
Example - An order placed on Sept. 5 will receive a voucher valid until the end of October. If you then re-order later in the same month, you will get the same voucher code. As long as you then place your next order by the last day of October, you will get a new voucher code unique to you that is valid until the end of November.
What if I don`t re-order within a month?
The discount is offered to thank customers who shop with us regularly - if you don`t use your voucher during the next calendar month it will be invalid and unfortunately your membership to the Angels Discount Club will be cancelled. You will then need to re-apply after making three new purchases from the date of cancellation.
What if I get married/changed my name?
Your membership can be continued in your new name! Simply let us know who you are now and who you were before and we can update your membership file. Please also let us know of any email or mailing address changes.
